- An opening (unboxing) video is compulsory to claim any refund.
- The video must:
- Be recorded continuously from start to end (360° view)
- Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and product
- Have no cuts, edits, pauses, or filters
- Claims without a proper opening video will be strictly rejected.
4. Product Condition Requirements
- Product details, original packing, packing covers, and tags must be present and clearly visible.
- The product must be in its original condition with:
- All tags attached
- Original packing and covers intact
- Refunds will not be approved if:
- Tags are missing or removed
- Packing is damaged or incomplete
- Product is used or altered
5. Reporting Time Limit
- Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of damage or defect.
- Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

7. Refund Approval & Processing
- All refund requests are subject to verification.
- Once the damage or defect is confirmed, the refund will be approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
8. Non-Refundable Cases
- Missing or edited opening videos
- Claims reported after 24 hours
- Damage caused by customer handling
- Incomplete packing or missing tags
