3. Mandatory Opening / Unboxing Video

  • An opening (unboxing) video is compulsory to claim any refund.
  • The video must:
    • Be recorded continuously from start to end (360° view)
    • Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and product
    • Have no cuts, edits, pauses, or filters
  • Claims without a proper opening video will be strictly rejected.

4. Product Condition Requirements

  • Product details, original packing, packing covers, and tags must be present and clearly visible.
  • The product must be in its original condition with:
    • All tags attached
    • Original packing and covers intact
  • Refunds will not be approved if:
    • Tags are missing or removed
    • Packing is damaged or incomplete
    • Product is used or altered

5. Reporting Time Limit

  • Customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery in case of damage or defect.
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Customers must contact us only through WhatsApp for refund or damage-related issues.

    • Opening video
    • Clear images (if required)

7. Refund Approval & Processing

  • All refund requests are subject to verification.
  • Once the damage or defect is confirmed, the refund will be approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

8. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Missing or edited opening videos
  • Claims reported after 24 hours
  • Damage caused by customer handling
  • Incomplete packing or missing tags

9. Acceptance of Policy
